Board of Directors
The Board of Directors the governing body of the Foundation and is assisted by an Operations Committee to manage and deal with the day to day affairs of the Foundation. The affairs of the Foundation are conducted in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Operations Committee
The Operations Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors to manage and deal with the day to day affairs of the Foundation.
